• Referee of the community medicine scientific committee for the upgrade of applicants for positions of Professors & Assistant Professors for five years    
• Family Medicine Consultant, Ministry of Health.
• Public Health Consultant, United Nation in Ministry of Planning (1988-1989), Saudi Arabia
• Professor of Epidemiology, Oman Institute of Public Health (1991-1997)-(2003- 2006). 
• Director of continuing medical education at El Azhar University. 
• Teaching & research experience in the field of Community Medicine for 35 years.
