An Exceptional Training Course on "Examination Items' Preparation" at the Faculty of Nursing

Towards a more accurate and quality assurance-oriented Academic Evaluation

Within the framework of the Faculty of Nursing, MTI University's ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of education, the Faculty's Educational Development Unit organized an exceptional training course entitled "Examination Items' Preparation".

The session was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Sally Fayed, Assistant Professor of Nursing Education, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Deputy Head of the Quality Assurance Center at Damanhour University.

The course's key objective was to qualify the Faculty members and teaching assistants to design accurate and effective examination items that precisely measure the learning outcomes and fulfill the academic quality standards.

The session also aimed at training the participants to select the most appropriate question types for both theoretical and practical objectives of nursing courses, in accordance with the NARS framework.
