The mechanism for evaluating the efficiency of the
leaders was specified as follows:
1- Annual performance
reports.
2- Measuring job
satisfaction for the Faculty staff and their assistants (a photocopy of questionnaire
results is attached).
3- Preparing a
questionnaire to explore the opinion of students and the Faculty staff on
curriculum.
4- Meetings are to be held
with the Faculty Staff and their Assistants to record their observations on the
administration, through Faculty council’s meeting and direct interviews.
The faculty processes the outcomes of the continuous
evaluation to develop its performance (attached). Some fields of benefit are:
1- Development and
Improvement of Performance.
2- Adhering to positivity
and avoiding negativity.
3- Applying Justice.
4- Solving students’
problems.
5- Adding new educational
programs.
