Selection Criteria for Leaders (Dean - Vice Dean - Head of Department)
The criteria used to select academic leaders are as
follows:
1- Employment record that
attests to commitment to justice, equality and democracy.
2- To comprehend the
vision, mission and strategic objectives of the Faculty.
3- Administration and
Leadership Capabilities (strategic leadership courses – communication skills –
Financial and Legal Management – computer skills).
4- To have a distinctive character.
5- To have a positive
contribution to the preparation and formulation of the strategic plan of the Faculty.
6- To have a distinctive
participation in scientific conferences.
7- To participate in community
and students activities.
8- To participate in contributions
in the field of quality assurance and development.
9- To have had courses on
the culture of quality and accreditation.
