• Strong experience using the MS Windows and its applications. 

• Sequence-alignment programs such as BLAST, FASTA, DNA Star, GenPro, Premier, AlphaEase Software (Alpha Innotech, CA, USA). Dendrograms were analyzed using MultiVariate Statistical Package software (MVSP 3.2., UK) and CLC Main Workbench 5.1 program. 

• SPSS Statistics software for managing data and calculating a wide variety of statistics.

• ANOVA (Analysis of variance).

• BioTools, multiple software languages for biological informatics and bioinformatics applications.
